Default billing rate for new time entries
IRS standard business rate — used for any trip the dated rates below don't cover
The IRS restates the standard rate most years, so a trip is valued at the rate in force the day it was driven. Each rate applies from its date until the next one. Saving updates trips already logged on or after the earliest date — trips that have been invoiced keep the rate they were billed at.
Powers fast search-as-you-type address suggestions. Geoapify keys are free and self-serve at myprojects.geoapify.com (3,000 lookups/day, no credit card). Leave the key blank to use the built-in keyless lookup instead.
Your library of tax components (e.g. State Tax 4.75%, Local Tax 2%, Transport Tax 0.5%). Nothing is applied automatically — on each invoice you pick which of these to apply.
Business Profile
Shown in the header of invoice PDFs your clients receive.
Defaults to your organization name if blank.
Shown at the top of client emails. Use a publicly reachable image (PNG/SVG, ~240×48).
